Return Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for eligible products.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Return requests must be submitted within the eligible return period mentioned on the product page or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered unless they are damaged or incorrect:
- Panties & Intimate Wear
- Nipple Covers & Pasties
- Opened or Used Products
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance (unless defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Images of the package (if applicable)
Our support team will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for a different size or the same product, subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, CurveBliss will assist with the return process. For other eligible returns, return shipping terms will be communicated by our support team.
