Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for eligible orders in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be eligible for return.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The return request must be approved by our Customer Support team.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds are not available for:
- Panties & Intimate Wear
- Nipple Covers & Pasties
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Final Sale or Clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Images of the package (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been approved.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another suitable refund method after the required account details are provided.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
